Cycles in English & French
Our training is open to anyone interested to progress in their life and enhance their personal development by acquiring the new competencies in an occupation with a strong future. The course is primarily focused on practical experience and requires an active involvement from participants. It can be completed in the annual cycle or in the intensive cycle at the Summer University.

COACHING TRAINING AT SUMMER UNIVERSITY
INTENSIVE cycle in English & French
This intensive programme allows to achieve more through total immersion which produces more efficient learning. It is for people who want to start their coaching activity without delay and who are open to broaden their international skills sets. They save several months compared to the normal training course.
CERTIFICATION LEVEL III
Two cycles per year in English or French
This level is open to anyone who has completed the previous 4 levels and wishes to develop a successful coaching practice. The diploma of “Professional Certified Coach “which is awarded at the end of the certification process is credentialed by several international bodies, ICF ( International Coach Federation) and EduQua, which gives it a quality guarantee.
EXECUTIVE COACHING TRAINING
Programme given in French
A training for experienced coaches with a background in a business setting or a professional organization. It allows to acquire specific tools for coaching in change management, Executives, teams, while integrating the specificity of « Corporate coaching ».
IDC CONTINUING EDUCATION PROGRAMME
Bilingual French & English course
This unique high-performance program, featuring world-renowned speakers, is EduQua and CCEU/ICF certified (currently undergoing validation). It is aimed at coaches, HR managers, consultants, trainers, and managers. It provides participants with a set of unique tools and models that can be applied in business and personal coaching, as well as powerful instruments for change.

Since its creation in Geneva in 1998 by Hélène Aubry Denton, IDC Institut de Coaching has continuously pursued one clear objective: providing professional coaching training of the highest standard.
In 2003, IDC became the first coaching training institute in Switzerland to receive accreditation from the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
To date, more than 2,400 people have trained with IDC, including 1,150 graduates who have obtained the IDC diploma and joined a network of professionals committed to human development and support.

These accreditations are a confirmation of the quality of the training provided by IDC.
