Full Training programme 6 modules – 9 days of training spread over 7 months, entitles the participant to a CERTIFICATE in “Executive Coaching Training”, accredited by EduQua and EMCC/EQA (European Quality Award)

Basic Training 4 modules (1 to 4) – 6 days of training spread over 5 months, entitles the participant to a COURSE CERTIFICATE in “Executive Coaching Training”, accredited by EduQua and EMCC/EQA (European Quality Award)

MODULE 2 – COACHING FOR EXECUTIVES

MODULE 3 – TEAM COACHING (2 DAYS)

• The characteristics of a team
• Collective intelligence and motivation
• What makes good team performance
• The challenges of coaching teams
• Using “Solution focus” and “Appreciative coaching” when working with teams

MODULE 4 – COACHING LEADERS AND TEAMS USiNG NEUROSCIENCE (2 DAYS) – NEW
