Who is ICF?

The International Coach Federation (ICF) is the largest worldwide coaching professional association that has more than 21’000 members in 102 countries. Its goal is to preserve the integrity of this profession throughout the world by means of a code of ethics, specific professional standards and extremely demanding quality criteria. To ensure quality training, ICF accredits coach-training programmes that meet its high standards as well as professional coaches.

LEVEL 2 Accreditation

The professional training with IDC certification is an Accredited Coach Education LEVEL 2 of the International Coach Federation (ICF). IDC was the first Swiss organization of its kind to have its professional coaching training recognised by the ICF. The ICF accreditation is awarded after independent experts have carried out a rigorous examination of the training course, its structure, its content and the quality of the training team. The ICF accreditation programme was designed by the world’s best coaches.

The LEVEL 2 applies to IDC’s “Professional Coaching Training” programme that must include the levels I – II –III (Certification).
