I’m here when you feel like stuck at a key moment of your professional or personal life and look for external, neutral and objective support in order to keep moving forward once you’re again clear about what makes you unique and inspires you for your next step. Baring that in mind, I developed a specific process including 4 distinct and yet complementary stages which I’d be happy to comment when we meet.
PERSONNAL AND PROFESIONNAL
Born in Switzerland, married and mother of 3 young adults, I started my career in HR in 1989 first as a headhunter and then at Credit Suisse as HR project manager. In 1997, I created my own company in hr consulting and empowerment. In 2016, we created Human Capital Partners, a human, social and legal consultancy supporting organisations and individuals for an optimal management of their life cycle.
