30 years of experience as a top executive, as well as in communication, humanitarian negotiation and training in different cultural environments. Trained as an economist I worked 10 years as a journalist. Then I managed and developed teams in different countries in war and crises and became Executive Director of an international organisation. More and more fascinated by human behaviour and interaction, I trained in organisational behaviour and in coaching.<\/p>\n
