My specificity

I work on the one hand with professionals of all hierarchical levels and of different industries on defining and realizing their goals, mainly in the areas of leadership, communication and integration of new roles. On the other hand I accompany people in career transition mainly in their quest of identifying their values and true interests, developing a clear vision of their future and the development of a clear and authentic communication strategy.

Personal and professional

Holding a Master in management and after having worked for fifteen years in the field of finance, I reoriented my professional career to become a trained professional coach, which finally allowed me to further study different aspects of the human being and his personal development. My coaching style is characterized by creativity, humour, profound knowledge of the leadership competences, an INSIGHTS MDI certification as wll as the capability to create a safe space for reflection and experimentation.
