MODULE 1 – COACHING IN CHANGE MANAGEMENT

• The different forms of resistance to change
• The change process and the cycle of change
• Recognizing and using the resistance to change
• Our specific model “keys for powerful change”
• Using a systems approach to stimulate change

MODULE 2 – COACHING FOR EXECUTIVES

• Features of the leadership role
• Key issues and specific factors
• The main elements of leadership coaching
• Coaching tools and methods
• Some key themes: managing conflict, giving feedback, conducting a difficult interview

MODULE 3 – TEAM COACHING (2 DAYS)

• The characteristics of a team
• Collective intelligence and motivation
• What makes good team performance
• The challenges of coaching teams
• Using “Solution focus” and “Appreciative coaching” when working with teams

MODULE 4 – COACHING IN SUPPORT OF ASSESSMENT

• Benefits and dangers of assessment tools
• Presentation of different tools
• The role of the coach/ Real-life cases
• Types of contract
• Understanding the company’s expectations and its special features

MODULE 5 – TO BE A CORPORATE COACH, WHAT IS REQUIRED

• Defining the offer
• Preparing a contract
• Final assessment process
• How to give feedback
• Theory and role playing

MODULE 6 – INTEGRATION (2 DAYS)

• Practicing specific tools and giving feedback
• Live coaching of a Manager with debriefing
• Practicing coaching sessions with video
• Assessing the value of the coaching process
