  • Using “Solution focus” and “Appreciative coaching” when working with teams

MODULE 4 – COACHING IN SUPPORT OF ASSESSMENT

  • Understanding the company’s expectations and its special features

MODULE 5 – TO BE A CORPORATE COACH, WHAT IS REQUIRED

  • Theory and role playing

MODULE 6 – INTEGRATION (2 DAYS)

  • Practicing specific tools and giving feedback
  • Live coaching of a Manager with debriefing
  • Practicing coaching sessions with video
