IDC, THE FIRST ICF-ACCREDITED COACHING TRAINING IN SWITZERLAND
IDC COACHING INSTITUT, Geneva, the firs Swiss body to have its professional coaching training recognised by ICF, is now ranked alongside the leading training bodies in Europe and on the international stage.
The International Coaching Federation (ICF) has awarded the ACTP (Accredited Coach Training Program) label to a dozen European and some eighty worldwide organisationsin recognition of the excellence and high quality standard of their coaching training. IDC is now privileged to belong to this group which provides training and coaching with high added value.
The ICF accreditation of IDC professional coaching training has completed an in-depth and highly rigorous review of the entire training programme, its structure, content and the quality of the training team, which is led by a fully independent group of experts. The accreditation programme was designed by the world's top coaches.
WHO IS ICF?
Its goal is to preserve the integrity of this profession throughout the world by means of a code of ethics, development programmes, specific professional standards and extremely demanding quality criteria.
Every year ICF organises the largest coaching conference and has a worldwide network of credentialed professional coaches.
ICF has awarded ACTP accreditation to the IDC "Professional coaching training" programme which intrinsically links levels I – II – III (Certification).
