We were delighted and privileged to have Robert Dilts lead a workshop entitled “New tools for a transforming world”, exclusively for IDC. As noted by participants in their feedback: “Inspiring and nourishing”, “Excellent content, fantastic speaker”, “Valuable sharing of knowledge, tools and practices around the generative state and the world in transformation”.
A unique contribution in this period of radical change we’re living through, which raises important questions on subjects such as: how to behave? What do we believe and decide what we believe? Where should we focus our attention? It’s a time of transition and crisis, which makes it all the more important to remain centered while venturing into the unknown.
Also to be aware of the importance of our beliefs, one of the key elements of our deep structure. As Robert points out, “They determine the meaning given to events and are at the heart of motivation and culture”. Hence the need to expand our mental maps and think “outside the box”. Many thanks also to Deborah Bacon Dilts, who translated these three days of training with inspiring elegance and fluidity.
