Certification Level III

This level is open to anyone who has completed the previous two levels and wishes to obtain certification in professional coaching

The training programme is demanding and requires a sustained personal commitment.

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must have : 

  • Completed Levels I and II in full
  • Delivered a minimum of 70 coaching hours with client names supplied ( list to be submitted before the exam)
  • Obtained permission from at least 2 clients to video sessions for supervision purposes.
  • Received a minimum of 10 hours personal coaching

5-MONTH PROGRAMME

44 hours allocated as follows :

Conferences calls

11 hours conferences calls, on selected topics with required reading assignments, divided over 7 sessions.

1hr35, divided as follows::

  • 30 mins: sharing  experiences among the group
  • 30 mins: coaching practice (tools)
  • 35 minutes: commentary on specific lectures followed by application in actual cases

Laboratory work

23 hours intensive coaching practice in laboratory with supervision, divided in 3 days seminar of intensive coaching practice supervised and assessed by the trainers. Participants will be involved in coaching sessions in pairs or trios.

Video sessions

3 hours personal supervision with evaluation of 2 video sessions, includes :

  • 2 video sessionsviewed and assessed  by the trainer (60 minutes each).
  • 30 minutes oftelephone feedback per video.

Coaching proficiency development

7 hours training practice day 

Examination

1 day oral and written exam, to obtain the Professional Certified Coach diploma, accredited by ICF/ACTP and EduQua certified.
