Webster dictionary defines “presence” as “a quality of poise and effectiveness that enables a performer to achieve a close relationship with his or her audience”. We know as a coach that the quality of presence is “the difference that makes the difference”.  It is associated with feelings of aliveness, connection, flow, creativity.

In this highly interactive workshop, we will take you through an exploration of what it is to be present at the level of our body, our cognitive mind, our feelings. We will discover and practice how to be connected to these energies and to keep a balance, allowing us to serve our clients better. You will walk away with practical tools that you can apply in your own practice with your clients.
