EduQua Accreditation
IDC Coaching Institute, Geneva, has been awarded EduQua certification, a Swiss quality label geared towards continuing education institutes, for its IDC professional coaching training programme.
IDCis the first Swiss body to have received two marks of recognition:
- At national level, through the award of the EduQua label
- At international level, through ICF accreditation (International Coach Federation, USA).
In its award of this quality label, theEduQua certificate recognises that IDC meets the following quality criteria:
- The "Certification" training provision meets both general training requirements and the individual needs of clients;
- Soundness and transferability of the knowledge acquired by participants;
- Transparent presentation of the training provision and teaching options;
- Client-centered services, delivered efficiently and effectively with the focus on providing optimal value for money and use of resources appropriate to training objectives;
- The relevant trainers have the required qualifications in terms of personal and social skills and competence in leading group training; they are also qualified in methodological and teaching skills both for training adults and in their specific training area.
